Flying against the wind.

Today I saw a fly, struggling to move forward in the harsh Edinburgh wind and was overcome by its beauty.
There was so much hope in this tiny insect; swooping with the currents, constantly being pushed backwards but never once turning round.

I just wanted to share this image of hope with you, allow yourself to be inspired by the little things.
No matter how much life pushes you back, you've just got to keep moving forward, running against the current. One day, it will all be worth it. It must be. Deep in your heart, you must believe: everything is gonna be okay.

    Oh, I just love the positivty of this post!

    I had an encounter with a pill bug today; he was on his back and couldn't get back up and every time I tried to help him he rolled up into a little ball. A few minutes later he would unroll but still be stuck on his back. So I'd try to help him again... (Repeat several times!)
    Eventually I was able to rescue him. But he reminded me of myself - hiding from the ones who try to help. (Sorry, that was significantly less inspiring than your post but I thought I'd share!)
